Ski resort operator Intrawest is leasing space in the 18th Street Atrium at 1621 18th St. in Lower Downtown for its new headquarters in Denver. Intrawest said this year it would relocate to Denver from Vancouver, British Columbia. The firm runs Steamboat ski resort and operates Winter Park for the city of Denver.
