LAS VEGAS—An imprisoned disbarred lawyer has been hit with more prison time in Nevada for stealing from clients.

Charles Radosevich was sentenced Thursday in Las Vegas to five to 20 years after pleading guilty in March to felony theft and obtaining money under false pretenses.

Another Clark County District Court judge sentenced Radosevich in April to four to 10 years after he pleaded guilty to similar charges in a different case including allegations that he used the forged signature of a Nevada state judge.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the 67-year-old Radosevich has to serve at least nine years and pay $260,000 in restitution.

Prosecutors say Radosevich was disbarred in Colorado and Nebraska and fled Las Vegas in 2009. He was captured at a Phoenix airport returning from Costa Rica.
