Fitness in the Foothills

June 18: Fitness For Living, a Boulder-county boot camp business, offers an outdoor exercise class the third Saturday of each month, 8:15-9:30 a.m. Each class is held on Boulder’s open space trails and will showcase the Power Running regimen that transforms an ordinary jog into a full-body strength and interval workout integrating rocks, tree limbs, picnic tables, steps and more.
