Two teens were stabbed during what appears to be a fight early Sunday morning in Evans, and police believe they were both victims in the altercation.
It’s unknown if the teens were stabbed by the same person or a gang of people.
The 17-year-old male was admitted to North Colorado Medical Center but expected to recover. The other victim, a 17-year-old female, was treated for minor wounds and released at the scene of the 3000 block of Denver Street in Evans. Their names were not released.
Officers were called for a shooting at 2 a.m. and found a large group of people who fled when they arrived. There were no obvious signs that a shooting took place, but officers found the wounded teens.
