NEW YORK — A letter by Adolf Hitler believed to contain his first written comments on his anti-Semitic vision soon will be unveiled. The letter, dated September 1919, has been obtained by the Simon Wiesenthal Center, a Jewish human-rights organization. The center will reveal the letter’s full contents today in New York at the Museum of Tolerance.
