FORT COLLINS — Funeral services are scheduled for today for a Colorado man killed in Afghanistan.
Gov. John Hickenlooper has ordered flags lowered to half-staff on all public buildings statewide to honor Chief Warrant Officer Kenneth White of Fort Collins, who died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan this month.
