DeWayne Lewis,a defensive back from Southern Utah and Thomas Jefferson High School who played two seasons in the NFL, was selected to play for the U.S. national team at next month’s senior world football championships.
Also on Team USA is former Colorado quarterback Cody Hawkins, the Buffaloes’ career leader in yards passing (7,409) and touchdown passes (60).
