MORRISON — A woman in her 20s fell about 100 feet to her death Friday afternoon at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The fall was reported just before 4:30 p.m. When West Metro Fire crews arrived, the woman was pronounced dead. West Metro spokeswoman Cindy Matthews said it is unclear whether the woman was on a trail below the amphitheater or rock climbing in an unauthorized area.
