MEXICO CITY — Federal police captured one of the most- wanted suspected drug lords on Tuesday. He’s an alleged leader of the Michoacan crime family, which has tentacles deep into the U.S. Police said Jose de Jesus Mendez Vargas, 37, known as “El Chango,” was captured in Aguascalientes. There were only sparse details about what led police to the suspect with a bounty of $2.55 million on his head.
