Formal charges were filed Wednesday against three people accused of forcing a 17- year-old girl into prostitution.
The charges allege that Chester Gray, 22, and Frank Devoe, 50, coerced the girl into participating in prostitution, according to a news release from the Denver district attorney’s office.
Ryann Pangle, 24, is accused of assaulting the victim when she tried to leave.
Gray faces one charge of trafficking in children, one charge of pimping a child and one charge of procurement of a child.
All those charges are felonies.
Devoe is charged with procurement of a child and inducement of child prostitution.
Pangle is accused of second-degree kidnapping, unlawful sexual contact and third-degree assault.
All three remained in custody and will be formally advised of their charges this morning at 8:30 in Denver County Courtroom 2100.
Bail for Pangle and Devoe was set at $50,000 each, and bail was set at $60,000 for Gray.
