Alleged members of a Denver meth ring, accused of breaking into homes and vehicles and then using stolen property to fund their addiction, were indicted on Wednesday.

The 27-count indictment, filed in Denver District Court, charges ring members with racketeering, motor vehicle theft and drug possession.

The indictment lists Moises Sanchez Barajas, Jessica Unyong Pak, Ali Douglas Samei, Ramie Lynn Kendall, Jeffrey Phillip Wickstrom and Jacob Wayne English as defendants.

The various charges allege that for more than 2 years, ring members broke into homes, businesses and vehicles across the state and stole property, personal and financial information. Members then sold, traded or bartered the stolen goods in exchange for drugs, primarily but not limited to methamphetamine.

The indictment states that the group often shared money and property. Some lived together in various hotel rooms in Denver and Aurora, one of which was paid for with a stolen credit card.

In the summer of 2010 the group was renting two storage units in Aurora where members stored stolen property. The location was one of several places where the group sold stolen property for methamphetamine and or distributed the drug, the indictment said.

Charges allege that during one home burglary in January, more than $32,000 worth of property was stolen from an Aurora home.

In February, ring members stole electronics from a Walmart and a Radio Shack.

The day after ring members stole electronics from the Radio Shack, someone attempted to sell a GPS device to an undercover officer.
