Police are investigating a homicide after a woman with multiple stab wounds died in Denver early this morning.
At 2:10 a.m., police responded to a report of a stabbing at 1955 Arapahoe Street, according to a news release from the Denver Police Department.
After arriving, officers discovered a woman with what appeared to be multiple stab wounds.
The woman, whose name has not been released, was taken to Denver Health Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.
Police arrested a male suspect at the scene. The man, whose name has not been released, is being held at the Denver City Jail.
Police are investigating the case as a homicide.
