Boulder County prosecutors on Thursday charged Luke Chrisco with 10 felony and misdemeanor counts stemming from allegations he spied on women through peepholes in public restrooms around Boulder and from inside a portable toilet at a local yoga festival.
Police say Chrisco, 30, admitted he created peepholes in a number of buildings around the city — including several on the University of Colorado campus — which he used to spy on women. He also is accused of hiding inside a portable toilet tank at a yoga festival in Boulder on June 17.
Chrisco was charged with eight counts of second-degree burglary, all felonies, in Boulder County Court today, as well as two misdemeanor counts of unlawful sexual contact and criminal invasion of privacy.
If convicted, he could face two to six years in prison for each of the more serious burglary charges.
