Colorado State Bank and Trust said Tuesday that Bill Sullivan, currently the bank’s president and commercial-banking manager, will take over from Greg Symons as chief executive. Symons, chairman and CEO since 2003, has started an 18-month retirement transition period and will serve as vice chairman until he leaves the bank Jan. 1, 2013. Colorado State Bank and Trust is a subsidiary of BOK Financial.
