D.R. Horton has purchased finished lots in Water Valley, a 1,500-acre master-planned community in Windsor, and plans to begin building models from its 7 Diamond Collection, Water Valley officials said Tuesday.
The national homebuilder, which has its Colorado office in the Denver Tech Center, plans to offer the homes from the upper $300,000s to the upper $400,000s. Five models have received approval for construction by the end of the summer. Currently there are 1,100 residences in Water Valley. The community will eventually have 2,800 homes.
