KHARTOUM, Sudan — A ship carrying African migrants bound for Saudi Arabia caught fire, and 197 people are feared drowned off Sudan’s northeastern coast, a semiofficial news agency reported Tuesday. The Sudan Media Center said three migrants were rescued.
