LUCKNOW, India — Police say a train hit a bus at a railway crossing in northern India, killing at least 31 people and injuring another 35.
Local administrator Selva Kumar said the bus was filled with passengers returning home from a wedding party early today near Kanshiramnagar, 220 miles southwest of Lucknow.
