Bill Barrett Corp. said Tuesday that it agreed to buy oil properties along the Colorado-Wyoming border for $150 million.
The company said it signed an agreement to buy 28,000 acres of mineral leasehold in the Denver-Julesburg basin from an affiliate of Texas American Resources Co.
