AURORA, Colo.—Authorities have ruled that three police shootings by Aurora police this year were justified.
The district attorney’s office says officers’ lives were in danger and their actions justified when they shot and killed three people in separate incidents.
According to the Denver Post, the shootings were part of an unprecedented string in which Aurora police killed four people within about six weeks, including three during one week in March.
A fourth case is under review.
