A federal grand jury has indicted the man accused of trying to burn down a Denver restaurant the day before planting a homemade bomb at a Lakewood mall.
David Lawless, 30, of Denver was indicted on two counts of arson and one count of using a destructive device, according to federal court documents.
The charges allege that on June 25, Lawless intentionally damaged and intended to destroy the Borders bookstore in the Colorado Mills mall.
Lawless is also accused of trying to burn down the Urban Sombrero restaurant in Denver the day before he allegedly planted the explosive devices in the bookstore.
