Every other year, Fashion Group Denver throws a gala to showcase emerging fashion talent in Colorado. The organization held a kickoff party last weekend to introduce a few of the finalists, including designers who specialize in women’s activewear, ready-to-wear, evening, couture and bridal, as well as menswear and accessories.The gala will be Oct. 8 at RedLine Gallery, 2350 Arapahoe St. Tickets are $75-$250 ($30 for fashion students) at ; event code FGrisingstar
