Last month’s standard-setting Pikes Peak International Hill Climb will be featured in Saturday’s broadcast of the World of Adventure Sports series on KUSA-9, beginning at noon. The Emmy Award-winning show will focus on Nobuhiro Tajima’s record-breaking run to the 14,110-foot summit in the 89th “Race to the Clouds.” Tajima became the first driver to break the 10-minute barrier, clocking in at 9:51.278 to win his sixth consecutive unlimited division crown.
