A 20-year-old man who dropped from a rope swing into Boulder Creek has been rescued by the Boulder Fire Department.
The fire department says the man was swinging into the creek at a park when he fell in the water on Tuesday.
The man was able to grab hold of a rock in the middle of the creek until rescuers could arrive.
The fire department tells the Boulder Daily Camera a dive team was training in the area and was able to respond to the scene quickly.
