DENVER—The USA Pro Cycling Challenge says UnitedHealthcare has joined two other companies as founding partners for the race debuting in August in Colorado.
Race officials said Wednesday that UnitedHealthcare will also be a presenting sponsor of the Aspen Snowmass Women’s Pro Stage Race Aug. 22-24.
Other founding partners for the race scheduled Aug. 22-28 are Quiznos and Smashburger.
The 500-plus-mile race starts in Colorado Springs, goes through several mountains, including passes more than 12,000 feet in elevation, and finishes in Denver. It will feature 128 of the world’s top cyclists.
