AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—The U.S. Air Force Academy says about 240 cadets have been sickened by the stomach flu.

The school said Tuesday that some cadets have recovered and returned to basic training. However, about 180 are still in isolation at one of the academy’s two dormitories. They’re being given oral and intravenous fluids and anti-nausea medication.

No cadets have been hospitalized.

The ill cadets are among the 1,100 members of the incoming new class who arrived at the academy for training last month.
