Northbound Interstate 25 has re-opened after a rolled over semi-trailer truck caused the thoroughfare to close for three hours.

At 11:05 a.m., the semi-truck rolled on the northbound Santa Fe Drive exit ramp, said Sonny Jackson, a spokesman for the Denver Police Department.

Crews had to upright the trailer and clean up spilled fuel before the interstate could be re-opened, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Traffic was diverted off the interstate at Broadway, Jackson said.

No injuries were reported. What caused the semi-truck to roll has not been released.
