TRAPPER CREEK, Alaska — A Federal Aviation Administration spokesman said two small airplanes have collided above Alaska, with one of the aircraft landing safely after the accident and the other crashing to the ground and burning.
The Alaska state patrol said the accident happened Saturday afternoon near Trapper Creek. There was no information on the people aboard the aircraft.
