Denver police are looking for a convicted sex offender who has failed to register.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Isaiah Lucero, 35, for failure to register as a sex offender, the Denver Police Department said in a media release.
In September 2006, Lucero was convicted in Denver of sexual assault of a child and the court found him to be a “sexually violent predator,” police said.
Lucero moved back to the Denver area on Tuesday, police said.
Anyone with information on Lucero, or his whereabouts, is asked to call Denver police at 720 913-2000; or call Crime Stoppers at 720 913-STOP (7867).

Information leading to charges can result in a reward of up to $2,000, police said.
