The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Target Corp., has ordered the recall of wooden step stools that have repeatedly collapsed.
The federal agency said the wooden step stools, marketed under the Circo or DYR brand name, can break apart or collapse under the weight of the user.
