The Denver Post and Mile High Mamas are looking for the best fast family recipes in town. Visit Mile High Mamas at and post your recipe in the Mama-to-Mama recipe forum. Your only parameters: The recipe must serve four and must be on the table in under 45 minutes.
The winner scores $100 for a fabulous dinner out. Runners-up prizes, too! The top recipes will be published in the Sept. 7 edition of The Denver Post Food section.
