BOULDER, Colo.—Boulder police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault on a sleeping woman.
Authorities say 27-year-old Davin Burke-Reinhart turned himself in Thursday night. He was being held on two felony counts of sexual assault. Bond was set at $25,000. Jail records didn’t indicate whether he had a lawyer who could comment on his behalf.
A woman told police she had fallen asleep on the living room couch and woke up early Aug. 6 to find a man was trying to remove her clothes and was sexually assaulting her.
She says the man ran out of the house after she alerted others in the house.
