CENTENNIAL, Colo.—An Arapahoe County sheriff’s deputy is recovering after he was injured by a dry ice bomb.
Undersheriff Dave Walcher says the deputy was treated for minor injuries after plastic from the exploding device hit him in the face. The deputy was not identified.
Deputies searched the area and found several more of the devices.
Walcher tells the Denver Post ( ) the people who placed the bombs are putting deputies in danger.
