ASPEN, Colo.—A judge has dismissed a charge of possession of psychedelic mushrooms against a Boulder man after the Colorado Bureau of Investigation determined they were not mind-altering.

However, 47-year-old Warren Dennis still faces a slew of other charges, including possession of marijuana.

According to the Aspen Daily News ( ), public defender Tina Fang told Judge Gail Nichols that the mushrooms were innocuous and the state confirmed it.
