Montana State University football players hoping to compete for their first championship since 1984 are looking to channel that team’s good fortune by matching it mustache for mustache. A variety of upper-lip ornaments were on display Thursday at media day, from the bushy and caterpillar-like to lighter, wispy styles that have to be touched up with a dab of Just For Men. “We all decided to grow out our facial hair, cut it into mustaches and see how gross we could get them,” senior linebacker Clay Bignell said. “I think we are succeeding quite well.” Denver Post wire services
