Police this afternoon identified a man who died during a disturbance at a home in Colorado Springs early Sunday morning.

Mark Vincent Fabbri, 46, was found dead in a home on the 1600 block of Rushmore Drive after police responded to a report of a disturbance about 12:59 a.m.

More tests are being performed, but an autopsy conducted Monday hints that Fabbri might have died from pre-existing health problems, said Sgt. Steve Noblitt, a spokesman for the Colorado Springs Police Department.

“Nothing appears suspicious,” he said, adding that he does not expect criminal charges to be filed.

Noblitt declined to give details about the disturbance but did say it was “a little more than” a verbal argument.
