The Avalanche will open training camp Sept. 16, with the Burgundy-White game scheduled for Sept. 20 at the Air Force Academy.
The team, which released its training camp schedule today, will be on the ice for three days — Sept. 17-19 — at the South Suburban Family Sports Center in Englewood.
All practices are free and open to the public.
The Avalanche begin its six-game preseason schedule at Dallas on Sept. 22.
Among the 54-man training camp roster are 29 forwards, 19 defenseman and six goalies.
