Three boutiques are teaming up to present a fundraising fashion show of fall styles Sept. 17 at Suite 200. Mariel and Moda in Larimer Square, and Goldyn from the LoHi neighborhood will show women’s and men’s looks at The Sweet Life show. The event is Volunteers of America’s annual benefit for Brandon Center, a shelter for women and children. Vanessa Barcus, owner of Goldyn, says she’ll be presenting looks from such lines as See by Chloe and Helmut Lang.Mariel will show dressy designs, and Moda is going to show a mix of sportswear and tailored men’s looks. The evening includes a dessert bar, appetizers and drinks.
