Denver police arrested a man suspected of stabbing and killing a man Wednesday night.
Officers arrested 46-year-old Steven James Hernandez in Lakewood today. He is being held on suspicion of first-degree murder, according to Denver police.
At 10:33 p.m., officers were called to an apartment complex at 1525 Perry St. on a report of a possible shooting or stabbing. Police found a man with a stab wound inside an apartment.
The man, whose name has not been released, was taken to Denver Health Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
