WINTER PARK, Colo.—Winter Park Resort has signed a former chief operating officer of Breckenridge Ski Resort to be a consultant on strategy and business development.
Lucy Kay will work on a contract basis.
Kay left her post at Breckenridge in 2009. She recently co-chaired the organizing committee for the Breckenridge stage of the USA Pro Cycling Challenge.
