United Continental Holdings Inc. and the Association of Flight Attendants have agreed on an expedited mediation process, the two organizations announced Friday.
Intense mediation will focus on limited issues, with the aim being a new contract for about 12,000 flight attendants working at United. An agreement already exists for Continental flight attendants.
