The Colorado nonprofit agency behind the ACE technology manufacturing park is telling potential developers of the project that it is looking for more than just real estate services.
It is interested in sharing ownership of the Agilent Technologies Inc. campus, the chosen site for the project.
Teams from two Front Range development companies got a briefing Thursday from organizers of the Aerospace Clean Energy Manufacturing and Innovation Park.
The ACE center, sponsored jointly by NASA and the Colorado Association for Manufacturing and Technology, is projected to house more than 70 companies working on fast-track development of aerospace and energy technologies and could provide as many as 7,000 Loveland jobs.
