The Larimer County Coroner’s Office today identified the truck driver who was killed Sunday night when his fuel tanker overturned and caught fire near the Promenade Shops at Centerra shopping center in Loveland.
Gary Agee, 52, of Greeley died instantly from “thermal injuries/cremation,” according to the coroner,
The Colorado State Patrol said Agee was driving too fast when he tried to make a turn from Interstate 25 offramp onto U.S. Highway 34, rolling the tanker, at about 9 p.m.
The tanker is owned by Petroleum Transportation of Greeley.
