Police today released surveillance photographs of three men suspected in an assault and robbery in downtown Denver on Aug. 28.

CrimeStoppers is offering a $2,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.

A man was walking in the 2300 block of Larimer Street when he was attacked by a group of men, beaten unconscious and robbed just before midnight.

The next morning, his credit card was used at a 7-Eleven store at 1800 Downing St. and the Safeway store at 757 20th St., where images of three men making purchases were caught on tape.

One of the men was either Hispanic or white with a dark complexion, 40 to 50 years old, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall with tattoos on both arms.

The second man is black, about 25 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 160 to 180 pounds and has a shaved head.

The third man is black, 25 to 35 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 160 pounds.

They were traveling in a late 1990s or early 2000s Dodge Ram pickup that is blue or purple over a silver bottom, with chrome wheels and several large areas of peeling paint, and an American flag draped across the dashboard, police said.
