LOG LANE VILLAGE, Colo.—The town marshal of Log Lane Village is facing charges of sex assault.
Fort Morgan police arrested 33-year-old Edwin Irizarry-Urrutia of Fort Morgan on Tuesday.
According to KUSA-TV (), police got a warrant after a woman claimed Irizarry-Urrutia sexually assaulted her on Sept. 15.
Police said the woman and Irizarry-Urrutia were recent acquaintances.
Log Lane Village is a small community near Fort Morgan with a population of more than 850 people.
