GREELEY — Drama erupted in Weld District Court Friday morning when two families on both sides of a manslaughter charge almost squared off.
Family members were in court to hear the official advisement in the case against Dominick Ramirez, 46, who has been charged with manslaughter in the death of Larry Pino, 60, last month.
Ramirez, who is out of jail after posting a $100,000 bond, is accused of throwing a large rock at Pino’s head from a second-story building. Pino was pronounced dead four days later. Ramirez’s case has been continued to 2:30 p.m. Oct. 20.
