The Aspen Skiing Co. added to its swelling inventory of land in the midvalley recently by acquiring property at the Basalt Industrial Center in a bank sale.
The Skico purchased an 8,800-square-foot warehouse and an acre of vacant land for “a very favorable price,” said Dave Bellack, the company’s senior vice president and general counsel.
He said the sale price was $1.1 million.
A special warranty deed recorded with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder showed that the property sold for $1 million.
