BOULDER, Colo.—A plan to build a housing project for the chronically homeless in north Boulder is drawing opposition from neighbors.

A meeting on the proposal had to be cut short Thursday because of vocal opposition.

The Boulder Daily Camera says ( ) Boulder Housing Partners wants to build the project next to their offices to make it easier for them to monitor the units and keep the area safe.
