LONDON — British police have charged three more suspects with the murder of three men run over by a car as they protected their neighborhood from looters during summer riots.
The charges bring to eight the number of people accused of killing 20-year-old Haroon Jahan and brothers Shazad Ali, 30, and Abdul Musavir, 31, on Aug. 10.
