CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Bank of America’s website, plagued by problems Friday and Saturday but supposedly fixed Sunday, wasn’t working again Monday. Spokeswoman Tara Burke said customers who experience slowness or can’t get into their accounts should keep trying. Free eBanking is offered for banking online and at ATMs. Burke blamed the problems on volume during peak use. The Associated Press
