CASTLE ROCK, Colo.—Another court hearing is scheduled for a CIA contractor accused of getting into a fight over a parking space in Colorado, months after he was involved in a fatal shootout in Pakistan.
Thirty-seven-year-old Raymond Davis of Highlands Ranch was arrested after the fight Saturday. Prosecutors have charged him with a felony count of second-degree assault and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. His defense attorney hasn’t returned a phone message seeking comment.
Davis made a court appearance Monday in Castle Rock, south of Denver. He is free on $1,750 bond and expected to return to court for another hearing Tuesday.
In January, Davis said he shot two Pakistani men who tried to rob him. Pakistan released him March 16 after the victims’ families agreed to accept $2.34 million.
